  • Love love love Nina’s workouts! There’s always a workout to suit my different energy levels and mood depending on how I’m feeling on a particular day. Even the shorter workouts are incredibly effective and kick my butt! Her workouts straight up make you feel good…and look good, but that’s just a by product! They tone you and build you from the core and leave you feeling amazing!!!

    Super easy to follow workouts but that doesn’t mean they don’t challenge you, and what I also love is that she’s accurate with counting her reps throughout the workout and her explanations are on point. She’s super motivating, genuine and humble and you feel supported in being part of her Facebook community!

  • Nina Agdal method completely changed my mindset about effective workouts. My whole life I used to do some crazy exercises that I hated with my whole heart- burpees, squat jumps, sprints etc. If I didn’t burn at least 600kcal during one workout I would be highly disappointed. All these workouts didn’t bring good results as later on I found that from my doctor that people with hypothyroidism and Hoshimoto could do more bad then good with such intense workouts.

    I met Nina 2 years ago when I came to her first live workout in the Hamptons, after whole summer I downloaded Playbook app, I’ve never seen so many changes before, she really molds your body into brand new thing 😂, I actually enjoy the workouts so much I start my day with them, I don’t feel guilty if one day I decide to do 18 min routine, i know it works anyways. I focus on the movement, my muscles, do everything slower but more precise and it works! I feel great, I went 2 sizes down with no effort. I workout with Nina 5 times a week now and I do it with pleasure!
